In this video, I walk you through how I like most my espressos, for both dark and ultra light roasts. I use the Decent Espresso Machine to showcase, as the inspiration for one of the recipes was made by LongPVO in the Decent Discord, but I showcase at the end how you can replicate that on other machines, with the example shown being a Delonghi Stilosa.
