The Tafuri line are medium roasted blends inspired by beauty of the Amalfi Coast.Amalfi is a high quality blend with the combination of three Arabica varieties (two from Brazil and one from Honduras) and two varieties of Robusta from India. With the right balance of these beans, we have a blend with a delicate body and deep aroma. Floral aromatics with hints of fruit characterized by a high but non-invasive acidity. Amalfi is 60% Arabica and 40% Robusta.
