The Tafuri line are medium roasted blends inspired by the beauty of the Amalfi coast.Positano is 80% Arabica and 20% Robusta. A blend of two of the best varieties of Arabica, from Brazil and Honduras, and one variety of Robusta from India. The careful combination of these varieties give us a cup with a silky body and acidity typical of green apple. With the large percentage of Arabica we find hints of chocolate and toasted almond. A favorite of many who have tried multiple Saka blends.
